Pynwheel, Inc. is a small tech company that is the leading provider of tour technology in the multifamily industry. We are looking for an experienced sales professional who can help us to introduce a new product into the market and to expand the market of our full product suite. The Regional Vice President of Sales (West) will be expected to execute portfolio-wide sales strategies for large REITs and property management companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting and lead generation
  • Establishing new accounts
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Attending trade shows, conferences, and meetings
  • Demonstrating superior knowledge of all products, services, and processes
  • Educating new and existing clients
  • Ensuring client satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in enterprise-level sales (preferably in the multifamily industry)
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • 4-year degree or higher
  • Highly polished and professional
  • Ability to be successful and follow company policy without much oversight
