Pynwheel first introduced itself to the industry through our premiere product, the sales and leasing touchscreen application. Pynwheel Touch was re-released in 2016 and in 2019 Pynwheel debuted our second application, Pynwheel Self Tour, as a solution to aid multifamily real estate properties in meeting the demand of prospects who preferred self-guided tours. Our applications can be found in properties nationwide and have helped to modernize the sales process and better the property tour experience for multifamily housing communities across the country. Pynwheel has been recognized as a leader in the multifamily tech space by the industry and even internationally receiving a Multi-Housing News Tech Choice Award in 2014 and honors from Wealth & Finance International for Most Innovative Indoor Way-Finding Tech Company- USA and Leading Providers of Self-Guided Tour Experiences in 2020.
